Boat building: intelligent, stylish, certified

Our charter company KUHNLE-TOURS received the maximum of five blue stars for its charter service, two of our marinas (Marina Müritz and Citymarina Stralsund) got four blue stars. Our shipyard Kuhnle Werft also took part on the certification by the German “Bundesverband Wassersportwirtschaft eV.” The review itself was carried out by IMCI (International Marine Certification Institute), an internationally recognized certification company with headquarters in Brussels. It was to join a list of criteria in six areas of operation, such as workshop and field service company or organization - with nearly 100 individual criteria to provide. Certain criteria had to be achieved plus a minimum score in all areas of operation. The commission was still operating just before Christmas 2006. "Congratulations to a passed certification", it was then mid-January 2007.

That our service has been certified and we are pioneers in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, of course, fills us with pride and inspires us to continue with "intelligent, stylish boat building”.
