Lake Houses

A lake house with its location on the water is unique. You get easy access to the water and your boat is berthed directly outside alongside the terrace. The lake house, built on a pontoon, has all the usual amenities. The basement contains all the services necessary for comfortable living and the household conforms to all normal environmental standards.

After having built two such lake houses for one of our own marinas (including the sanitary facilities) we now have the technology to build such constructions, for private lake houses or for marina buildings.
